Shipping & Delivery


    • Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

    • Delivery time:

      Germany: approx. 2–4 working days after dispatch.

      EU: approx. 3–7 working days after dispatch (depending on the destination country).


    • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.


    Note: During drop periods/holidays it may take +1-2 days longer.

  • Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

  • Yes, we offer free shipping for large domestic orders. Check the cart to see the current deal on free shipping..

  • EU-wide: Yes.

    Outside the EU: on request.

    Customs & Taxes (Non-EU): Import duties may apply and are to be borne by the recipient.

  • If your country is selectable during checkout, we will deliver there.

    For peripheral areas/islands it may take a little longer.

  • Your package will be sent by the shipping service provider Hermes.

  • As long as it hasn't been shipped , yes – please contact us immediately with your order number . Changes are only possible to a limited extent after shipping.

  • The courier will try again or leave the parcel at the parcel shop. Use the tracking for options (drop-off authorization/redelivery, if available).

Returns & Refunds

  • Yes.
    You can cancel within 14 days of delivery.

    Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. In the event of a wrong or defective delivery, we will cover the full cost.

  • A refund request can be submitted within one month after the purchase is made.

  • In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged , you are eligible for a full refund.

    In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used , you are eligible for a partial refund.

    In the case when a product has been damaged , and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

    Please check our Terms of Service to see if you're eligible for a refund.

  • When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

  • When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

  • Please always state the order number first if you write us an email.

    For returns from Germany, we can provide a return label.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY

  • Yes.
    Payments are processed via Shopify and certified payment providers with PCI DSS Level 1 security standards and TLS encryption.

    We do not store full card data. 3-D Secure/SCA is supported where available.

  • Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.
